I known the eastern minds have also absorbed this,in a horribly,distorted way.But,right now,if you tole your friend or your relative,I’m oging to the ashram for three days,they would become very kind towards you,ask you why and what went wrong?something must be wrong with your life.you’re going to ashram,to heal a wound,to solace yourself.Something must be really wrong with your life,or you must be too old for life,Otherwise,why would you go to an ashram?So this has crept into this culture also,Essentially,if you’re alive only in parts,or if you’re partially alive. To be partially alive,to be partially alive,is a terrible torture.Many of you have been through the science classes.I’m sure you opened up frogs and cockroaches,di you?They were nice lively beings,but you open them up because you wanted to find their heart and liver and kidney.Half alive,being half alive is torture.Have you seen this?Always being half alive is torture.This is the torture that a large segment of humanity is going through right now because they’re half alive.only one part of them has become alive.Only their physicality and mentality has become alive.The rest of it is yet to become alive.Half alive people will suffer everything.They will suffer ignorance.They will suffer education.They will suffer poverty.They will suffer affluence.They will suffer being alone.They will suffer being in a relationship.if they’re not amrried,they suffer.if they’re married,they,they… if they don’t have children they suffer that. As if ,Children if they are there,they can come and bite you.They do. No children,what are you suffering?But then also this.Just show me one thing,that human beings are not suffering right now.Just show me one aspect of life that human being are not suffering right now.They’re suffering just about anything,Not just life.They’re even suffering death before it happens.He’s thinking of building a pyramid for himself.That which is and that which is not,everything they suffer.This is not. You are not suffering loneliness. You are not suffering company. You are not suffering money. You are not suffering poverty.What you’re suffering is ,you’re half alive. You’re desperately trying to make yourself fully alive,though money,though drink,though sex,though going on a trek,coming to the ashram.in so many ways,you’re somehow trying to make yurself fully alive.Which is yet to happen fully. Here and there you feel a burst of aliveness.but again,it ebbs down. So,when people are constantly half alive,pleasure becomes an important part of your life,very important part of your life. Whithout it,you cannot exist. Pleasure becomes paramount in your life,when you’re only half alive. When physicality is all that you know,pleasure becomes of immense importance in your life.if you become fully alive,you will become so blissful,joyful,ecstatic without reason. Burst of ecstasy without,within you,without any reason.It’s almost embarrassing. Now the thought of pleasure,just evaporates. Looking for a drink,looking ofr some kind of pleasurable pain. Just evaporates out of your mind because you’re fully alive.

What odes responsibility mean to the individual?
Say you are… We know you’re alive only because you have an ability to respond. If there is somebody around here,no matter what you do to him,if there’s no response,if you call him,if you shake him,if you poke him,if there’s no response,you will naturally think he’s dead. So,the sign of aliveness is in response. Response need not necessarily mean verbal response or physical response. There is response. Even if a doctor wants to find out whether somebody is alive or not,they will tap them on the eyeballs. There must be response. If there’s no response,then you’re dead. So,your ability to respond is your ability to be alive. Now,the question is only:How alive do you wish to be? If you want to be half-alive,if you think it’s safe to be half-alive,you must do one thing. And maybe you have some experience from your science classes,where you opened up and nailed a frog on a wooken plank and open up his stomach and his heart and you saw how wonderful his heart was beating,that was study for you. But hte frog was looking at you,What is wrong with you? Because you’re keeping him half-alive. Keeping anything half-alive is torture. Death is a relief. Full aliveness is fantastic. Half-aliveness is torture. If you want to make anybody surffer,you must keep them half-alive. This is what a whole lot of human beings have done. What is comfortable? They’re responsible. What is not comfortable? I’m not responsible. This makes them half-alive. What you think is mine,you respond. What you think is not mine,for that you do not respond. So,in the world,you’re always calculating what to respond or what to not respond to. In this,you become half-alive and without knowing why. From your childhood,from the age of five,if you are so joyful by the time you’re 30,you should have been ecstatic. Instead of that,you have become half-alive because you are calibrating your responsibility,yourability to respond. Your ability to respond should be unbridled. Your ability to respond is unlimited,but your ability to act is limited. If you just understand that physical response or physical activity is always limited,no matter how powerful,how strong,how equipped you are,still it is limited. But your ability to respond as a life is limitless,If you know this difference,then ability to respond is on all the time,Wether you see an ant or an elephant,you respond absolutely as you should,as a life. In this,you will be fully sparkling alive.

One reason why change is becoming difficult as you get older is,you have found cocoons of comfort.There are many comfort zons you created.Aany disturbance of that,you’re disturbed now.When you are young,you are not looking for comfort,you were looking for life. Now you’re not looking for life,you’re looking for comfort,safety. So when you were 16,18,you had wild dreams as to what you want to do with your life. But at the time you became 25,you cut down on the frills and thought,this is all not practical, I’m becoming practical now. All that happend is you are becoming a coward,but you said I’m becoming practical and cut down many things and said,if i get a job,if i earn my living,this,this,this is okay. Buy the time you’re 35,you’re thinking,if i don’t get into any trouble,that’s enough. You’re not looking forward into anything great happening. If I don’t get into trouble,that’s enough. But that’s when you started getting to trouble. So,you’re not looking at life with zest. You’re looking at life as safety. The more security oriented you are,the more disturbed you will be with every change that happens in you life. The essence of physical existense is change,isn’t it?isn’t it so?Everything is change,is there anything that’s not changing?Everything in exitence is changing,isn’t it? The physical existence is constantly changing. The every essence of physical reality is change. Nothing is constant. Even the so-called static states are dinamic in nature. Everyting is changing. So,if you resist change,you are resisting life. If you want an unchanging life,there’s one beautiful place where nothing changes. That’s you grave. Either,you must go to your grave or you must get enlightened. If you don’t want change. The somewhere inside everything is same. But otherwise,as long as you are a part of the physical process of the existence,everything is change. There is nothing that is not change. So at this moment you’re inhaling. Next moment you’re exhaling. It’s change,isn’t it? If you don’t want change you stop it. So when you resist change,you must understand you’re resisting the very process of life. Not just your life. You’re resisting the very fundamental process of life. Invariably,you will invite all kinds of suffering. If you are living and you want to be dead,you will ask for trouble,isn’t it? You must be living. When you are living,you must live totally. If you want to die,you must do that efficiently. There is efficient ways of killing yourself. Really. Unhappiness and depression,are efficient ways of killing yourself,isn’t it so? At least be efficient. I can give you ten different ways to die. Anyway,Hussain Sagar is there. Is it still water in it?So,you need to understand this. Onece you resist change,you’re resisting the whole process of life and you will create unnecessary suffering. So once you resist change,depression is a natural process. Frustration,when change happens,frustration and depression. On a certain day,they work so wonderfully well in my whole career and I would like to keep them as my souvenirs.”Once Lana said,many other pepple joined behind her,and please put on sale,put it on sale. Then the devil pulled out and said,Okay,if you’re give me a good price,let me put it on sale. Then he pulled out frustration and depression and put it on table. These two are the best of the devil’s tools. If you want to destroy your life,frustation,you’ll start with frustation,develop into depression. You’re there. There’s nothing worse than that. You’ll work against yourself. And the moment you resist change,frustation is natural. Once frustration comes,it antrual evolve into depression. So…you put in on sale.

How do we move into a state of being able to accept and move with change?
See,to understand the nature of our own physicality and our own phychological process,you need a little bit of a distance. So,it’s like this,there have been arguments on this planet,whether this planet is round or flat for a long time. And people were died for these,people were killed for these,you know,all kinds of things. Even now recently,there’s a WhatApp video going on about how a teacher in some West Asian country is teaching the children how planet is static,it is the sun and moon which are moving.By God’s will that’s what is happening,whatever. So,there are still people arguing about it. We would all continue to augue. when did this argument stop? Because in our exprience,if we walk up and down,you know,on the ground about here,you can clearly see it’s flat,it cannot be round. But when we started flying,when we went sailing in the oceans,we realized there seems to be a curvature,but we still did not know. The moment we flew,it’s 100% clear. When we went and stood on the moon and look down,100% clear there’s no doubt anymore because of the distance. This is all that’s needed. The bod that you have gathered,let me stress on that,the body that you have gathered because it’s the food you’ve eaten which is accumulated like this,and the inpressions that you have taken which is accumulated in the form of your mind. So,both you body and your mind are accumulations that you gather over a period of time. Anything that you gather can be yours,but it can not be you. So,if experentially,if you can hold a little distance between you and your body,between you and your mind,then you clearly know the nature of you body and the nature of your mind and how to conduct them. Right now people are 50,60 years of age and they still don’t know how to handle their thoughts and emotion. Just imagine you’re 50 years of age and you don’t know how to handle your five fingers. wouldn’t that seem stupid? At 50,60 ,you do not know how to handle your thought and emotion,when are you going to learn? What is your lifespan?I like to understand. Are you going to be here for a million years that slowly you’re learning? How come we have not figured how to even use tht basic facuties that we have. This has happend simply because you’re stuck in it. You cannot see it. Only if you create a little distance you will be able to see the nature of what it is. It is like you enter the stage,you start a drama and after sometime you forget that it’s a drama and then your drama becomes tragic because you can’t take off your costume.
So,change then is inevitable and we should accept change? And the way to accept it is to gain mastery over our thoughts and emotions?
So,let’s understand change from a completely different perspective. See,right now,the most fundamental fabric or stage of life is the time in which we are. In yoga we do not see,hmm,I want to say time and space,we see time and time,okay?Time is space,that’s how it is seen.It’s call kala.kala means time. Kala also means emptiness or space. Kali you know means emptiness. So both time and space have the same word to describe that

  • 不管你现在认为自己是什么 whatever you may think you are right now,
  • 不去管 什么性格 your personality, your identification.
  • 身份 从根本上说 So all these things are fine, but fundamentally,
  • 如果你认认真真听我讲话了 if you're really alert and listening to me,
  • 那么你对自己的定义就不会是男人或者女人 you cannot sit here as a man or a woman.
  • 你只能作为某种生命能量坐在这里 不是吗 You can only sit here as a certain life energy, isn't yes?

  • 所以人们试图以许多方式来加固自己的这种身份 So people are trying to experience this in many ways,
  • 不管是 玩游戏 做极限运动 唱歌 playing a game, jumping off a mountain, singing a song,
  • 又或者是跳舞 与某人相爱或者别的事 dancing, doing this, falling in love with somebody
  • 这些都是人们尝试的不同方式 These are all different ways that people are trying
  • 他们试图想要深深参与到某件事情中去 to get involved in something to such a point
  • 深到自己可以遗忘掉外界的那些负担 that they can forget all the other nonsense that they have created
  • 对吗 Yes?
  • 但这些东西没有一个是能维持24小时的 But none of these things can you sustain for 24 hours of the day.
  • 现在 我们正在探索一种方法 Now, we are exploring a technology
  • 它能够保证你即使不做任何事情 你仍旧是你 是你定义的那个人 where you don't have to do anything and still be that way.

  • 你不能再创造一个吗 Can't you create one more?
  • 再多一个 如此下去 One more and one more and one more.
  • 这就是你创造生活的方式 That's the way you create your life.
  • 幸运的是 这些顿悟时刻不会成群结队地出现在你面前 Fortunately moments don't come at you in bunches.
  • 它们一次只来一个 They're coming only one at a time.

  • 不管是一贫如洗 People are suffering poverty,
  • 还是家财万贯 people are suffering affluence, is it so?
  • 不管是安逸还是困顿 People are suffering discomfort.
  • 人都能感觉到痛苦 难道不是吗 People are suffering comfort, is it so?
  • 不管是什么 人总能从中找到痛苦的因素 So they are capable of suffering anything
  • 所以很明显 他们在制造痛苦 So obviously they are creating suffering
  • 对吗 Yes?
  • 如果你看一下你自己 你这个充满能量的个体 If you look at yourself, this life energy
  • 也就是你所说的 "我" 也会有所谓幸福的时刻 which you call as myself sometimes has been very blissful.
  • 你在某些时候会感到快乐的 幸福的吗 Has it been joyful and blissful at certain times?
  • 有时是狂风骤雨 Sometimes it's been absolute turmoil
  • 有时很平静 有时很痛苦 有时很狂喜 Sometimes peaceful, sometimes agony sometimes ecstasy.
  • 你是否经历过这一切 Has it gone through all this?
  • 所以你有能力找到这些表达情感的不同方式 So it is capable of finding all these various expressions.
  • 所以 如果它有能力做到这一切 So if it is capable of all this,
  • If you had mastery o what would you instr to be, misery or joy?
  • 如果你能够为你自己的生命赋能 if only if you had little mastery over your life energies,
  • 你会为自己的生命赋予什么样的能量 what would you instruct your life energies to be?
  • 痛苦还是快乐 Misery or joy?
  • 所以那些对自己的系统没有控制力的人 So people who have no control over their systems
  • 他们会说痛苦是不可避免的 they're talking suffering is inevitable.
  • 不 痛苦不是不可避免的 No, suffering is not inevitable.
  • 痛苦是自我创造的 Suffering is self-created.
  • Suffering is not inevitable,suffering is self-created
  • 如果你有觉知 If you are aware,
  • 如果你控制了你的身体 if you take your body into control,
  • 如果你对你的身体有一点怜悯之心 if you just have little mercy over your body,
  • 至少有15到25% 30% at least 15 to 25, 30% of your life,
  • 生命和命运将掌握在你手中 请你仔细看看 and destiny will be in your hands, please see,
  • 难道你只是掌控了你自己的身体吗 just your body physical mastery, is it so?
  • 如果你把你的思想纳入你的控制 If you take your mind into your control,
  • 如果你掌握了自己的思想 if you have mastery over your mind,
  • 你至少能控制自己40-60%的心智 at least 40 to 60% of your mind will be,

  • If you take your life energies into control, 100% of your destiny will be in your control

  • 生存或死亡将由你自己来决定 The very way you live and the very way you die will be decided by you.

    • 生长在什么样的氛围之下 信仰什么样的宗教 what kind of atmosphere, what kind of religion
    • 身处什么样的社会 what kind of society?
    • 你是由这些东西制造出来的个体 不是吗 That's the kind of person you are right now, isn't it?
    • 你所接触到的任何人 任何事 都参与了制造你的这个过程 So software was written into you haphazardly
    • 这些乱七八糟的程序造就了你这个人 where anybody and everybody that you came in touch with,
    • 而这些人可不是受过训练的专业人员 not by trained professionals,
    • 不管是谁 不管你去哪 just about anybody who came, they're putting something, wherever you went,
    • 都会有人把一些东西塞进你的脑子里 somebody stuffed something into your head.
    • 你无法选择接受或者不接受 You had no choice from where to receive, where not to receive.
    • 假如你说我不喜欢这个人 If you say i don't like this, man,
    • 我也不想他给我带来任何的影响 I don't want to receive anything from him.
    • 那么他带给你的影响会比任何一个人都大 You will receive much more from him than anybody else.
    • 人就是这样的 That's how this one is.
    • The very way you think, feel, understand, and act in your life is just the way your software is.
    • 所以现在 你的思考 感觉 理解方式 So right now, the very way you think, feel, understand,
    • 以及你生活中的行为 就是你这个软件所运行的方式 and act in your life is just the way your software is.
    • 你的一举一动都是由它而来的 The very way you move your body is the way your software is.
    • 我希望你能理解这一点 I want you to understand this.
    • 它带给你的影响是如此深刻 It is so deeply conditioned.
    • 有一个你非常熟悉的人 If you are somebody you know very well.
    • 如果你打远处看到了 Somebody whom you're very familiar with

    • 那个人的长相身材你都看不真切 You can't recognize anything about that person,
    • 但仅仅从他的动作来看 你就知道他是谁 but just the way he moves, you know it is this person.

    • 因为他移动自己身体的方式 Because the very way his body moves
    • 是他这个软件写出来的一个程序 only moves whichever way his software is written.
    • 但是这个程序是无意识地写的 But this software is written unconsciously.
    • 现在 如果我们想要自由 Now if we want some freedom to happen.
    • 我们想要改变 If we want some transformation to happen,
    • 就必须创造一个小空间 we have to create a little space
    • 在你和你的软件之间产生一点距离 between you and your softwares.
    • 如果你太认同自己的这个软件就会迷失自我 You're too identified with it, you're just lost in it.
    • 软件是什么 你就是什么 That's all you become.
    • 所以你就不得不创造一点距离 And you will have to create a little distance.
    • 大家听说过一个词叫佛祖 You've heard of a word called Buddha, hmm?
    • 如果我说佛 If I say Buddha,
    • 可能你总是会想到释迦牟尼 probably you always think of Gautama Buddha,
    • 他不是唯一的佛 那也不是他的名字 is not the only Buddha, that's not his name.
    • 他是成为了佛祖 He became a Buddha.
    • 现在世界上有成千上万的佛 There have been thousands of Buddhas and there still are
    • 佛陀的意思是Bu指Buddhi或者叫智慧 What Buddha means is Bu means Buddhi or the intellect.
    • Dha的意思是Dadha 就是在什么之上 Dha means Dadha, one who is above,
    • 凌驾于智慧之上的人就叫做佛祖 one who is above his intellect is a Buddha
    • Once you're above the intellectual process, suffering is finished in your life
    • 一旦你超越了智慧 Once you're above the intellectual process,
    • 生命中就不在会有痛苦 suffering is finished in your life
    • 因为所有的痛苦都是在思维中制造出来的 because all suffering is manufactured
    • 在你的逻辑思维中 where, in your logical mind.
    • 当你有了智慧 When you are into your intellect,
    • 当你被困在自己的知识之中时 你就是一个不停受苦的人 when you're stuck in your intellect,
    • 无论你在哪里 you are a non-stop suffering human being, wherever you put,
    • 你都有办法制造痛苦 you have a way of creating some kind of suffering.
    • 恐惧 焦虑 紧张 压力 You fears, your anxieties, your tensions, you are stressed,
    • 人能从任何事情中体会到痛苦的滋味 just see people are capable of suffering just about anything
    • 难道不是这样吗 Isn't it so?
    • 人在世界上的任何事情中都能找到痛苦的地方 People are capable of suffering just about anything
    • 请看 in the world, please see.
    • 如果你没有受过教育 你会觉得很痛苦 If you are not educated, you will suffer that.
    • 如果你接受了教育 你还是会觉得很痛苦 If you get educated, you suffer that.
    • 没有找到工作 痛苦 If you don't find a job, you'll suffer that,
    • 如果你找到了工作还是一样 if you find a job you'll suffer that.
    • 没有结婚 痛苦 If you're not married, you'll suffer that.
    • 结婚了 还是痛苦 If you get married you'll suffer that,
    • 没有孩子 痛苦 you don't have children, you suffer that,
    • 有孩子也是一样 不是吗 if you have children you suffer that, isn't it?
    • 几乎所有的事情人都能从中体会到痛苦的滋味 People are capable of suffering just about anything
    • 这就是智慧的本质 This is the nature of the intellect.

    • 一旦你开智 生活就是这样的 Once you're into the intellect, this is how life is.

    • 喝醉的感觉是飘飘然的 you'll get drunk and you feel good for a few hours,
    • 但随后生活会以更有力的方式打击你 but then life will catch up with you with more intensity.

      圆形LED灯残影体会法,目的得到光球实际体验
      萨古鲁基础瑜伽,主要是合十礼,目的,一是强化脊柱,二通过是婴儿式进入冥想状态,浮现光球,再添加一个压腿坐,体验坐式冥想。基础要求是一天完成7组,最终要达成21组的量
      以一字马和双盘为目标拉伸腿的各个环节
      习惯后,添加香巴维大手印等
      • 观看萨古鲁视频和书,观看老高、自说自话的总裁等相关视频,写观看心得
      上面这些是今天想到的一些设想。
      萨古鲁的手臂移动、幸福瑜伽(我觉得就相当于准备活动)、合十礼瑜伽等,我也坚持了一个月左右了吧?一些体验如下:
      • 练习不累,挺舒服
      • 初步形成规律,睡觉、起床时间比较固定了,至少这些时间段得以戒除手机
      • 合十礼的运动阶段,使我初步理解呼吸的应用,通过呼吸的配合和肌肉松紧,可以轻松实现拉伸目标,完成一些体式
      • 合十礼中的婴儿式,调整到呼吸完全平静时,深度放松,大概就是冥想状态的一种吧,此时光球容易浮现。想到孩子们睁眼也能随时浮现光球,可能有了光球后,反过来也能促使我们在各种条件下进入冥想状态吧
      • 目前阶段,冥想状态(深度放松?)、光球、屏幕(自己构建世界)、瑜伽练习必须是我的聚集点

      • 早上完成了7组合十礼瑜伽。婴儿式时,能够进入尝试放松状态,浮现光球的效果不错。光球出现的瞬间,就像裸眼3d看图一样,一旦你能看得出3d图了,那么寻找这种状态就会比较容易。而在这之前,会有一段折磨人的过程
      • 练习过程中,有意识地按学到的知识来处理出现的念头。其中的一些是,想要跟萨古鲁联系上,也想要跟21天静坐瑜伽教学老师联系上。
      在推上看到一个问题,想要回答,需要写一篇文章。
      问题是什么?
      • 观看的萨古鲁视频,说的是关于“努力”学习、“努力”工作的问题,大意是应该“快乐”学习、工作。
      • 经常要提醒自己,随时放松,进入放松、冥想状态。

        • 事情归事情,心情归心情。始终保持好的心情状态。责任是对事情的回应,行动能力是有限的,我们不可能做到一切。而回应能力是无限的,我们可以做到回应一切。

        • 设定两个角色。一个是“我”,另外一个是“我的”,“我的”包括这具物理身体、精神体、能量体,可能还有以太体和狂喜吧。也可以理解为一个人工智能,包括硬件、软件及情感等。至于“我”,到底是什么,至少目前还不能觉知到,大概是万物来处的那个“一”,称呼为创造、神、规律、源头等等,未知的存在
          • 对于“我”和“我的”,可以根据自己的喜好给他们起名字。例如,“我”可以称为“灵魂”、“存在”、“宇宙意识”等等,而“我的”可以称为“身体”、“思维”、“情感”等等,或者根据具体的含义和作用来起名字。
            那就以“存在”来称呼“我”,赋予“我的”一个名称为“顺”,以“顺”来称呼“我的”这个人工智能。
        • 以后作记录,有两个身份角色,以“存在”和“顺”的对话为主。记录主体以“顺”为主,“顺”在作记录时,按习惯以“我”来表达。
        • 顺:这两天,按照“存在”的要求,我已开始坚持完成7组合十礼瑜伽锻炼,并且早晚各一次。在瑜伽过程中,尽量深度放松,有出现什么念头,以第三者的角度来观察,感觉有价值的,则记录在日记中。上面关于“我”和“我的”两个角色的想法就是这么来的。
        • 顺:还有一些念头值得记录。我想以B站《内在工程》为基础,找个视频字幕记录的插件或软件工具,进行文字整理,以此,可拿来进行中英文打字练习,并可组织起来发送给亲友,用来沟通交流,以达到平缓情绪等目的。有此想法,上午立即着手做,但工具不好,虽然这回我相当执着,暂时还是没有达成目的。

        不解决任何问题

        长期的精神内耗会加速人的衰老,诱发各种慢性病,危害超级大。
        通常人们会觉得是某个人某件事让自己精神内耗的。
        如果这个人改变了这个事解决了,我就不会精神内耗了。
        但实际上没有用的。
        你的生命旅程还很长,还会有无数个下个人,下一件事情让你精神内耗。
        造成精神内耗的根本不是某个人或某件事。
        下面我给你讲解一下精神内耗的底层原因和解决办法。
        造成负面情绪泛滥,精神内耗停不下来的原因有两个。
        第一就是你不知道真正的自己是谁,错把大脑当成了自己,你被你的大脑完全掌控了,大脑的所思所想所念你完全接受,完全认同完全不怀疑完全不抗拒。
        其实大脑并不是真正的你。真正的你是谁呢?真正的你是你的。。。觉知,也就是佛家让你追求的佛性,道家让你追求的。。,儒家让你追求的圣心,王阳明让你追求的良知。他们的目的,其实都是为人让你摆脱大脑的控制,找回真正的你。
        大脑只是你的一个处理问题的器官而已。
        大脑的好处是,可以帮助你记忆存储信息,指挥行动处理问题。
        但同时大脑的坏处也非常明显,它会不受你控制地自运转,不停地滋生二元对立的偏见,分析判断过去现在或者将来的一个人一件事对你造成的荣辱、得失、利弊、好坏、成败输赢的后果,以及生出贪嗔痴慢疑的恶习和大量的负面情绪垃圾。
        如果你认为大脑就是你,那么,你永远也摆脱不了他对你制造的束缚、局限和痛苦。除非你天赋异禀,天生就有不被大脑反噬的本事,我们凡夫俗子是没有这个先天异禀的。
        朋友们,我有一个结论,如果你的大脑不是正在用来学习成长,不是正在用来投入当下做热爱的事情,不是正在用来布施奉献服务别人,那么他一定在空转空耗,一定在给你制造精神内耗心灵垃圾,一定会让你陷入痛苦煎熬。不管你是为情所困扰,为父母所困扰,为子女所困扰,为金钱所困扰,为事业所困扰,都能从你被大脑掌控了这个根上找到原因。
        大脑不是真正的你,又何必因为一个器官制造出来的判断恶习、情绪所烦恼呢。
        记住,要么正确地使用大脑,要么关停大脑,但是永远不要把一个没有干正事的大脑当成真正的你。
        所有的烦恼痛苦,都是大脑分析判断滋生而你又认同造成的。当你陷入情绪低谷时,可以反复地默念这三句话。第一句大脑是你的一个器官,不是真正的你,不要让你的生命做一个器官的奴隶。第二句世界是空性的,不好不坏,利益评判和负面情绪只是大脑二元对立的运作模式制造的垃圾,不要让自己生活在垃圾里。第三句真正的你是你的。。。本体,他是一种远远超越你的大脑的能量和智慧,能让你整个人内心充满接纳慈悲热爱宁静喜悦和活力。禅宗的六祖慧能大字不识一个,他开悟之后,发出了一句何其自信的感慨:本自具足!就是说,没想到啊,我自己的。。。本体里,什么美好的东西都有。
        造成负面情绪泛滥精神内耗停不下来的第二个原因,就是让你的心太黏着在三维世界的虚假的不真实的色相上了。
        你要知道,外界的一切东西、一切人、一切事,都是空的、假的、无常的、不真实的,他们只是你内心世界投射的影像。不要把假的当成真的,入戏太深,上头太狠。可能有人会觉得很纳闷,现实世界明明都是看得见摸得着的,如此真实,为什么你要说是假的空的不真实的?为什么你说现实世界只是被内心投射的影像呢?

        • 清晰的愿景:萨古鲁的愿景,狂喜,持续的狂喜,不应该是人人都要的吗。他的实践证明,人人都需要,到人人都要到,花了39年,都还没见到多大的效果。这个愿景值得去实现,还没做出效果就说明还很有事可做。
        • 明确的服务产品。首先明确服务对象,以小学这个年龄段为主。产品形式以线上为宜,独立开发完成,前后端。
        • 终极目标,让客户达到并处于狂喜之中。一个始终处于喜悦状态中的人,生存于这个世上,至少是无害的,不管他的能力大小。
        • 实现途径:
        1. 掌握冥想方法。冥想状态是什么?如果小时候有爬过树,坐或趴在树上,吹着风,听着鸟叫蝉鸣,风吹树叶的沙沙声,阳光透过叶缝落在身上斑斑点点,暖洋洋的似睡非睡,完全不知道过了多久。
        1. 体验“光球”。盯着圆形LED灯15~30秒,闭眼认真体验。
        1. 冥想状态下浮现光球,目标,让光球变大变亮,随时随意浮现,可随意变换形状颜色。炼制光球吧。
        1. 炼制脑屏幕。原理方式与炼制光球相同。
        1. 裸眼3d眼练习。按等级练习至最高层级。目的是让脑屏幕清晰且立体。
        1. 基本功做好,后续突破透视遥视等。有光球和脑屏幕,应该能实现的。

          第一章·天心  
           自然曰道,道无名相,一性而已,一元神而已。性命不可见,寄之天光,天光不可见,寄之两目。古来仙真,口口相传,传一得一。自太上见化,东华递传某,以及南北两宗,全真可为极盛,盛者盛其徒众,衰者衰于心传,以至今曰,滥泛极矣!凌替极矣!极则返,故蒙净明许祖,垂慈普度,特立教外别传之旨,接引上根。闻者千劫难逢,受者一时法会,皆当仰体许祖苦心,必于人伦曰用间,立定脚跟,方可修真悟性。我今叨为度师,先以太乙金华宗旨发明,然后细为开说,太乙者,无上之谓。丹诀总假有为而臻无为,非一超直入之旨。所传宗旨,直提性功,不落第二法门,所以为妙。金华即光也,光是何色?取象於金华,亦秘一光字在内,是先天太乙之真气,水乡铅只一位者此也。回光之功,全用逆法,注想天心,天心居日月中。《黄庭经》云:“寸田尺宅可治生,尺宅面也,面上寸田,非天心而何?方寸中具有郁罗肖台之胜,玉京丹阙之奇,乃至虚至灵之神所住。”儒曰:“虚中”;释曰:“灵台”;道曰:“祖土”;曰“黄庭”、曰“玄关”、曰“先天窍”。盖天心犹宅舍一般,光乃主人翁也。故一回光,周身之气皆上朝,如圣王定都立极,执玉帛者万国;又如主人精明,奴婢自然奉命,各司其事。诸子只去回光,便是无上妙诵。光易动而难定,回之既久,此光凝结,即是自然法身,而凝神于九霄之上矣。《心印经》所谓“默朝飞升”者,此也。  宗旨行去,别无求进之法,在纯想于此。《楞严经》云:“纯想即飞,必生天上,天非苍苍之天,即生身于乾宫是也。久之,自然身外有身。”  金华即金丹,神明变化,各师于心,此种妙诀,虽不差毫末,然而甚活,全要聪明,又须沉静,非极聪明人行不得,非极沉静人守不得。
          道是无名无相的,只是一个本体的存在,一个元神的存在。本体是看不见的,寄托在天光之中,天光也是看不见的,寄托在两眼之中。古往今来的仙真之人,口口相传,传一得一。从太上见化开始,东华传给某人,以及南北两宗,全真可谓是极盛的,盛者拥有众多门徒,衰者衰败于传承。一直到现在,泛滥得极其厉害!混乱得极其厉害!极端之后会回归,所以感谢净明许祖,施以普度之慈悲,特设教外别传之旨意,引导那些有上根的人。听闻者千劫不遇,接受者也只有一时的法会,都要仰慕许祖的苦心,只有在人伦之中,确立脚跟,才能修真觉悟。我现在叨为度师,首先以太乙金华的宗旨明确,然后再详细解说。太乙是无上的意思。丹诀总是假借有为而达到无为,不只是超越直入的意思。所传的宗旨,直指性功,不落第二法门,所以才是妙的。金华即光明,光明是什么颜色?取象于金华,也是秘密的一个光字在内,是先天太乙的真气,水乡铅只有一位者就是它。回光的功夫,全都是逆法,注想天心,天心在日月之中。《黄庭经》中说:“寸田尺宅可以治生,尺宅是面,面上有寸田,如果没有天心,那还能是什么?方寸之内具有郁罗肖台之胜景,玉京丹阙之奇迹,甚至是至虚至灵之神所在。”儒家说:“虚中”,佛家说:“灵台”,道家说:“祖土”,还有“黄庭”、“玄关”、“先天窍”。因为天心就像宅舍一样,光明是主人。所以一回光,全身的气都上朝,就像圣王定都立极,手握玉帛的就是万国;还有像主人精明,奴仆自然听命,各司其职。诸子只要去回光,就是无上妙诵。光易于动而难于定,回得久了,这光就凝结,就是自然的法身,凝神于九霄之上了。《心印经》说的“默朝飞升”就是这个意思。宗旨行去,别无求进之法,全都在纯想于此。《楞严经》说:“纯想即飞,必生天上,天非苍苍之天,即生身于乾宫是也。久之,自然身外有身。”金华即金丹,神明变化,各个师者都在心中,这种妙诀虽然不差一丝一毫,但是非常活,全都要聪明,也要沉静,如果不是非常聪明的人就无法实行,如果不是非常沉静的人就无法保持。
          第二章·元神、识神 
          天地视人如蜉蝣,大道视天地亦泡影。惟元神真性,则超元会而上之,其精气则随天地而败坏矣。然有元神在,即无极也,生天生地,皆由此矣。学人但能守护元神,则超生阴阳外,不在三界中。此见性方可,所谓本来面目也。凡人投胎时,元神居方寸,而识神则居下心。下面血肉心,形如大桃。有肺以覆翼之,肝以佐之,大小肠承之。假如一日不食,心上便大不自在。以致闻惊则跳,闻怒则闷,见死亡则悲,见美色则眩,头上何尝微微有些儿动?(问方寸不能动乎?)方寸中之真意,如何能动?到动时,便不妙,然亦最妙。凡人死时方动,此为不妙。最妙者,光已凝结为法身,渐渐灵通欲动矣。此千古不传之秘也。下识心,如强藩悍将,欺天君孤立,便遥执纪纲,久之太阿倒置矣。今拟光照元宫,如英明主有伊周佐之,日日回光,如左右臣工尽心辅弼。内政既肃,自然一切奸邪,无不倒戈乞命矣。
          天地视人如蜉蝣,大道视天地亦泡影。但真正的精气神,却能超越天地宇宙,其精气则随着天地而衰败。然而,只要有真正的精气神存在,就无所谓极限,天地的生成也是由它而来。只有学会保护好自己的精气神,才能超越阴阳生死的束缚,超越三界的限制。这样才能认识到自己的本性,也就是所谓的真实面目。凡人投胎时,精气神居于方寸之间,识神则居于下心。下面是血肉之躯,形状如同大桃子。有肺脏覆护着,肝脏协助着,大小肠承载着。如果一天不进食,心脏就会感到不舒服。因此,听到惊吓会跳跃,听到愤怒会闷闷不乐,见到死亡会悲伤,见到美色会眩晕。头部也会微微有些动作。(你或许会问方寸能动吗?)方寸中的真意,怎么会动呢?一旦动了,就不好了,但也是最好的。凡人临死时才会动,这是不好的。最好的是,光已经凝结为法身,逐渐有灵性欲动。这是千古不传的秘密。下面是识神,就像强大的将军,欺骗天君而孤立自己,把持纪纲,久而久之倒置太阿。现在打算照亮元宫,就像明智的主人有伊周协助一样,日复一日地照亮,就像忠心辅佐的臣子。内政既庄严,自然一切奸邪都会投降归命。
          丹道以精水、神火、意土三者,为无上之宝。精水云何?乃先天真一之气,神火即光也,意土即中宫天心也。以神火为用,意土为体,精水为基。凡人以意生身,身不止七尺者为身也。盖身有魄焉,魄附识而用,识依魄而生。魄阴也,识之体也。识不断,则生生世世,魄之变形易舍无已也。惟有魂者,神之所藏也。魂昼寓于目,夜舍于肝。寓目而视,舍肝而梦。梦者,神游也。九天九地,刹那历遍,觉则冥冥焉。拘于形也,即拘于魄也。故回光即所以炼魂,即所以保神,即所以制魄,即所以断识。古人出世法,炼尽阴滓,以返纯乾,不过消魄全魂耳。回光者,消阴制魄之诀也。无返乾之功,只有回光之诀。光即乾也,回之即返之也。只守此法,自然精足,神火发生,意土凝定,而圣胎可结矣。蜣螂转丸,而丸中生白,神注之纯功也。粪丸中尚可生胎离壳,而吾天心休息处,注神于此,安得不生身乎?
          丹道以精水、神火、意土三者,为无上之宝。精水是指先天真一之气,神火即光,意土即中宫天心。以神火为运用,意土为体,精水为基础。凡人以意念创造身体,身体不仅仅是七尺之躯。身体还有魄,魄附着识并被识使用,识依附于魄而产生。魄是阴性的,是识的实体。如果识不断,就会生生世世,而魄会不断变形易舍。只有魂才是神的藏身之所。魂在白天寄宿于眼睛,夜晚栖息于肝脏。寄宿于眼睛时视觉活动,栖息于肝脏时做梦。梦是神的游荡。在一瞬间穿越九天九地,觉醒后则一片迷茫。被局限于形式,就等于被局限于魄。因此,回光即是炼魂的方法,保护神的方法,控制魄的方法,切断识的方法。古人的修炼法门是炼净阴性杂质,返炼纯阳,只不过是消除魄体保留魂而已。回光即是消除阴性、控制魄体的关键。没有返炼阳性的功夫,只有回光的关键。光即阳性,回光即返炼阳性。只要坚持这个法门,自然精力充足,神火发生,意念稳定,至圣胎就可以形成。蜣螂转丸,丸中生白,是神注入的纯功。粪丸中尚可孕育胎儿离开壳,那么在我的天心休息处,神注入其中,怎么不会孕育出身体呢?
          一灵真性,既落乾宫,便分魂魄。魂在天心,阳也,轻清之气也,此自太虚得来,与元始同形。魄,阴也,沉浊之气也,附于有形之凡体。魂好生,魄望死。一切好色动气,皆魄之所为,即识神也。死后享血食,活则大苦,阴返阴也,以类聚也。学人炼尽阴魄,即为纯阳。
          第三章·回光守中
          回光之名何昉乎?昉之自文始真人也(即关尹子)。回光,则天地阴阳之气无不凝。所谓精思者此也,纯气者此也,纯想者此也。初行之诀,是有中似无。久之功成,身外有身,乃无中生有。百日专功,光才真,方为神火。百日后,光自然聚。一点真阳,忽生黍珠,如夫妇交合有胎,便当静以待之。光之回,即火候也。
          夫元化之中,有阳光为主宰。有形者为日,在人为目。走漏神识,莫此甚顺。故金华之道,全用逆法。回光者,非回一身之精华,直回造化之真气。非止一时之妄想,直空千劫之轮回。故一息当一年,人间时刻也;一息当百年,九途长夜也。凡人自哬的一声之后,逐境顺生,至老未尝逆视。阳气衰灭,便是九幽之界。故《楞严经》云:“纯想即飞,纯情即堕”。学人想少情多,沉沦下道。惟谛观息静,便成正觉,用逆法也。《阴符经》云:“机在目”,《黄帝素问》云:“人身精华,皆上注于空窍”,是也。得此一节,长生者在兹,超升者亦在兹矣。此贯彻三教工夫也。
          光不在身中,亦不在身外。山河大地,日月照临,无非此光,故不独在身中。聪明智慧,一切运转,亦无非此光,所以亦不在身外。天地之光华,布满大千。一身之光华,亦自漫天盖地。所以一回光,天地山河,一切皆回矣。人之精华,上注于目,此人身之大关键也。子辈思之:一日不静坐,此光流转,何所底止?若一刻能静坐,万劫千生,从此了彻。万法归于静,真不可思议!此妙谛也。然工夫下手,由浅入深,由粗入细,总以不间断为妙。工夫始终则一,但其间冷暖自知。要归于天空海阔,万法如如,方为得手。
          圣圣相传,不离返照。孔云“知止”,释号“观心”,老云“内观”,皆此法也。但返照二字,人人能言,不能得手,未识二字之义耳。返者,自知觉之心,返乎形神末兆之初,即吾六尺之中,返求个天地末生之体。今人但一二时闲坐,反顾其私,便云返照,安得到头?
          佛道二祖,教人看鼻尖者,非谓着念于鼻端也,亦非谓眼观鼻端,而念又注中黄也。眼之所至,心亦至焉;心之所至,气亦至焉。何能一上而一下也?又何能忽上而忽下也?此皆认指为月。毕竟如何?曰,鼻端二字最妙,只是借鼻以为眼之准耳。初不在鼻上,盖以太开眼,则视远,而不见鼻矣;太闭眼,则眼合,亦不见鼻矣。太开,失之外走,易于散乱;太闭,失之内驰,易于昏沉。惟垂帘得中,恰好望见鼻端,故取以为准。只是垂帘恰好去处,彼光自然透入,不劳尔注射与不注射也。看鼻端,只于最初入静处,举眼一视,定个准则,便放下。如泥水匠人用线一般,彼只起手一挂,便依了做去,不只管把线看也。
          止观是佛法,原不秘的。以两目谛观鼻端,正身安坐,系心缘中。道言中黄,佛言缘中,一也。不必言头中,初学但于两目中间,齐平处系念便了。光是活泼泼的东西,系念眼之齐平处,光自然透入,不必着一念于中黄也。此数语,已括尽要旨。其余入静出静前后,以《小止观》书,印证可也。
          缘中二字妙极。中无不在,遍大千皆在里许。聊指造化之机,缘此入门耳。缘此为端倪,非有定着也。此二字之义,活甚妙甚。
          止观二字,原离不得,即定慧也。以后凡念起时,不要仍旧兀坐,当究此念在何处,从何起,从何灭,反复推究,了不可得,即见此念起处也。不要又讨过起处,所谓觅心了不可得,吾与汝安心竟。此是正观,反此者,名为邪观。如是不可得已。即仍旧绵绵去,止而继之以观,观而继之以止,是定慧双修法,此为回光。回者,止也;光者,观也。止而不观,名为有回而无光;观而不止,名为有光而无回。志之。
          第四章·回光调息
          宗旨只要纯心行去,不求验而验自至。大约初机病痛,昏沉散乱,二种尽之。却此机窍,无过寄心于息。息者,自心也,自心为息。心一动,而即有气,气本心之所化也。吾人动念至速,霎顷起一妄念,即一呼吸应之。故内呼吸与外呼吸,如声响之相应。一日有几万息,即有几万妄念。神明漏尽,如木槁灰死矣。然则欲无念乎?不能无念也。欲无息乎?不能无息也。莫若即其病而为药,则心息相依是已。
          故回光必兼之调息,此法全用耳光。一是目光,一是耳光。目光者,外日月交光也;耳光者,内日月交精也。然精即光之凝定处,同出而异名也,故聪明总一灵光而已。坐时用目垂帘后,定个准则,便放下。然竟放,又恐不能,即存心于听息。息之出入,不可使耳闻。听惟听其无声,一有声,即粗浮而不入细。当耐心,轻轻微微,愈放愈微,愈微愈静,久之,忽然微者遽断,此则真息现前,而心体可识矣。盖心细则息细,心一则动气也。息细则心细,气一则动心也。定心必先之养气者,亦以心无处入手,故缘气为之端倪,所谓纯气之守也。
          子辈不明动字,动者,以线索牵动言,即掣之别名也。既可以奔驰使之动,独不可以纯静使之宁乎?此大圣人,视心气之交,而善立方便,以惠后人也。丹书云:“鸡能抱卵心常听”,此要妙诀也。盖鸡之所以能生卵者,以暖气也。暖气止能暖其壳,不能入其中,则以心引气入。其听也,一心注焉,心入则气入,得暖气而生矣。故母鸡虽有时出外,而常作侧耳势,其神之所注,未尝少间,即暖气亦昼夜无间,而神活矣。神活者,由其心之先死也。人能死心,元神即活。死心非枯槁之谓,乃专一不二之谓也。佛云:“置心一处,无事不办。”心易走,即以气纯之;气易粗,即以心细之。如此而心焉有不定者乎?
          大约昏沉、散乱二病,只要静功日日无间,自有大休歇处。若不静坐时,虽有散乱,亦不自知。既知散乱,即是却散乱之机也。昏沉而不知,与昏沉而知,相去奚啻千里!不知之昏沉,真昏沉也。知之昏沉,非全昏沉也,清明在是矣。
          散乱者,神驰也;昏沉者,神未清也。散乱易治,而昏沉难医。譬之病焉,有痛有痒者,药之可也,昏沉则麻木不仁之症也。散者可以收之,乱者可以整之。若昏沉,则蠢蠢焉,冥冥焉。散乱尚有方所,至昏沉,全是魄用事也。散乱尚有魂在,至昏沉,则纯阴为主矣。
          静坐时欲睡去,便是昏沉。却昏沉,只在调息。息即口鼻出入之息,虽非真息,而真息之出入,亦于此寄焉。凡坐须要静心纯气,心何以静?用在息上。息之出入,惟心自知,不可使耳闻。不闻则细,细则清;闻则粗,粗则浊。浊则昏沉而欲睡,自然之理也。虽然,心用在息上,又要善会,亦是不用之用,只要微微照听可耳。
          此句有微义。何谓照?即眼光自照,目惟内视而不外视。不外视而惺然者,即内视也,非实有内视。何谓听?即耳光自听,耳惟内听而不外听。不外听而惺然者,即内听也,非实有内听。听者,听其无声;视者,视其无形。目不外视,耳不外听,则闭而欲内驰。惟内视内听,则既不外走,又不内驰,而中不昏沉矣。此即日月交精交光者也。昏沉欲睡,即起散步,神清再坐。清晨有暇,坐一柱香为妙。过午人事多扰,易落昏沉。然亦不必限定一柱香,只要诸缘放下,静坐片时,久久便有入头,不落昏睡矣。
          第五章·回光差谬
          诸子工夫,渐渐纯熟。然枯木岩前错落多,正要细细开示。此中消息,身到方知。吾今则可以言矣。吾宗与禅学不同,有一步一步证验。请先言其差别处,然后再言证验。宗旨将行之际,预作方便,勿多用心,放教活泼泼地,令气和心适,然后入静。
          静时正要得机得窍,不可坐在无事甲里(所谓无记空也)。万缘放下之中,惺惺自若也;又不可着意承当。凡太认真,即易有此。非言不宜认真,但真消息,在若存若亡之间,以有意无意得之可也。惺惺不昧之中,放下自若也;又不可堕于蕴界。
          所谓蕴界者,乃五阴魔用事。如一般入定,而槁木死灰之意多,大地阳春之意少。此则落于阴界,其气冷,其息沉,且有许多寒衰景象,久之便堕木石。又不可随于万缘,如一入静,而无端众绪忽至,欲却之不能,随之反觉顺适,此名主为奴役,久之落于色欲界。上者生天,下者生狸奴中,若狐仙是也。彼在名山中,亦自受用风月花果,琪树瑶草。三五百年受用去,多至数千岁,然报尽还生诸趣中。
          此数者,皆差路也。差路既知,然后可求证验。
          第六章·回光证验
          证验亦多,不可以小根小器承当,必思度尽众生。不可以轻心慢心承当,必须清事斯语。
          静中绵绵无间,神情悦豫,如醉如浴。此为遍体阳和,金华乍吐也。既而万类俱寂,皓月中天,觉大地俱是光明境界。此为心体开明,金华正放也。既而遍体充实,不畏风霜,人当之兴味索然者,我遇之精神更旺。黄金起屋,白玉为台;世间腐朽之物,我以真气呵之立生;红血为乳,七尺肉团,无非金宝。此则金华大凝也。
          第一段,是应《观无量寿经》云:“日落大水,行树法象。”日落者,从混沌立基,无极也。上善若水,清而无暇。此即太极主宰,出震之帝也。震为木,故以行树象焉。七重行树,七窍光明也。(西北乾方,移一位为坎,日落大水,乾坎之象也。坎为子方,冬至雷在地中,隐隐隆隆,至震而阳出地上矣,行树之象也。余可类推矣。)
          第二段,即肇基于此:大地为冰;琉璃宝地,光明渐渐凝矣;所以有莲台,而继之佛现也。金性即现,非佛而何?佛者,大觉金仙也。此大段证验耳。
          现在可考证者有三:一则坐去,神入谷中,闻人说话,如隔里许,一一明了;而声入皆如谷中答响,未尝不闻;我未尝一闻。此为神在谷中,随时可以自验。
          一则静中,目光腾腾,满前皆白,如在云中;开眼觅身,无从觅视。此为虚室生白,内外通明,吉祥止止也。
          一则静中,肉身氤氲,如绵如玉;坐中若留不住,而腾腾上浮。此为神归顶天,久之,上升可以立待。
          此三者,皆现在可验者也。然亦说不尽的,随人根器,各现殊胜。如《摩诃止观》中所云:“善根发相是也。”此事如人饮水,冷暖自知。须自己信得过方真。
          先天一气,即在现前。证验中自讨,一气若得,丹亦立成。此一粒真黍珠也。一粒复一粒,从微而至着。有时时之先天,一粒是也;有统体之先天,一粒乃至无量是也。一粒有一粒之力量,此要自家愿大,为第一义。
          第七章·回光活法
          回光循循然行去,不要废弃正业。古人云:“事来要应过,物来要识过。”子以正念治事,即光不为物转。当境即回,此时时无相之回光也。
          日用间,能刻刻随事返照,不着一毫人我相,便是随地回光。此第一妙用。清晨,能遣尽诸缘,静坐一、二时,最妙。凡应事接物,只用返照法,便无一刻间断。如此行之,三月、两月,天上诸真,必来印证矣。
          第八章·逍遥诀
          玉清留下逍遥诀,四字凝神入气穴。
          六月俄看白雪飞,三更又见日轮赫。
          水中吹起藉巽风,天上游归食坤德。
          更有一句玄中玄,无何有乡是真宅。
          律诗一首,玄奥已尽。大道之要,不外“无为而为”四宇。惟无为,故不滞方所形象,惟无为而为,故不堕顽空死虚。作用不外一中,而枢机全在二目。二目者,斗柄也,斡旋造化,转运阴阳。其大药,则始终一水中金,即水乡铅而已。前言回光,乃指点初机,从外以制内,即辅以得主。此为中、下之士,修下二关,以透上一关者也。今路头渐明,机括渐熟,天不爱道,直泄无上宗旨。诸子秘之秘之,勉之勉之!
          夫回光,其总名耳。工夫进一层,则光华盛一番,回法更妙一番。前者由外制内,今则居中御外。前者即辅相主,今则奉主宣猷,面目一大颠倒矣。
          法子欲入静,先调摄身心,自在安和。放下万缘,一丝不挂。天心正位乎中,然后两目垂帘,如奉圣旨以召大臣,孰敢不至?次以两目内照坎宫,光华所到,真阳即出以应之。
          离,外阳而内阴,乾体也。一阴入内而为主,随物生心,顺出流转。今回光内照,不随物生,阴气即住,而光华注照,则纯阳也。同类必亲,故坎阳上腾。非坎阳也,仍是乾阳应乾阳耳。二物一遇,便纽结不散,氤氲活动,倏来倏往,倏浮倏沉。自己元宫中,恍若太虚无量,遍身轻妙欲腾,所谓云满千山也。次则来往无踪,浮沉无辨,脉住气停,此则真交媾矣,所谓月涵万水也。俟其冥冥中,忽然天心一动,此则一阳来复,活子时也。然而此中消息要细说。
          凡人一视一听,耳目逐物而动,物去则已。此之动静,全是民庶,而天君反随之役,是常与鬼居矣。今则一动一静,皆与人俱。人乃真人,即身中天君也。彼动则与之俱动,动则天根也;彼静则与之俱静,静则月窟也;动静无端,亦与之为动静无端;休息上下,亦与之为休息上下。所谓“天根月窟闲来往”也。
          天心镇静,动违其时,则失之嫩;天心已动,而后动以应之,则失之老;天心一动,即以真意上升乾宫,而神光视顶,为导引焉,此动而应时者也。天心既升乾顶,游扬自得,忽而欲寂,急以真意引入黄庭,而目光视中黄神室焉。既而欲寂者,一念不生矣;视内者,忽忘其视矣。尔时身心,便当一场大放,万缘泯迹,即我之神室鼎炉,亦不知在何所。欲觅己身,了不可得。此为天入地中,众妙归根之时也,即此便是“凝神入气穴”。
          夫一回光也,始而散者欲敛,六用不行,此为“涵养本原,添油接命”也。既而敛者,自然优游,不费纤毫之力,此为“安神祖窍,翕聚先天”也。既而影响俱灭,寂然大定,此为“蛰藏气穴,众妙归根”也。一节中具有三节,一节中具有九节,且待后日发挥。
          今以一节中具有三节言之:当其涵养而初静也,翕聚亦为涵养,蛰藏亦为涵养,至后而涵养皆蛰藏矣。中一层可类推,不易处而处分矣。此为无形之窍,千处万处一处也。不易时而时分焉,此为无候之时,元会运世一刻也。
          凡心非静极则不能动,动动忘动,非本体之动也。故曰,感于物而动,性之欲也;若不感于物而动,即天地之动也。不以天之动,对天之性句,落下说个欲字,欲在有物也。此为出位之思,动而有动矣。一念不起,则正念乃生,此为真意。寂然大定中,而天机忽动,非无意之动乎?无为而为,即此意也。诗首二句,全括金华作用。次二句是日月互体意。六月,即离火也。白雪飞,即离中真阴,将返乎坤也。三更,即坎水也。日轮,即坎中一阳,将赫然而返乎乾也。取坎填离,即在其中。次二句,说斗柄作用,升降全机。水中非坎乎?目为巽风,目光照入坎宫,摄召太阳之精是也。天上即乾宫。游归食坤德,即神入气中,天入地中,养火也。末二句,是指出诀中之诀。诀中之诀,始终离不得所谓“洗心涤虑为沐浴”也。圣学以知止始,以止至善终,始乎无极,归乎无极。
          佛以无住而生心,为一大藏教旨。吾道以“致虚”二字,完性命全功。总之三教,不过一句,为出死护生之神丹。“神丹”为何?曰,一切处无心而已。吾道最秘者沐浴,如此一部全功,不过“心空”二字,足以了之。今一言指破,省却数十年参访矣。
          子辈不明一节中具有三节,我以佛家“空、假、中”三观为喻。三观先空,看一切物皆空;次假,虽知其空,然不毁万物,仍于空中建立一切事;既不毁万物,而又不着万物,此为中观。当其修空观时,亦知万物不可毁,而又不着,此兼三观也,然毕竟以看得空为得力。故修空观,则空固空,假亦空,中亦空。修假观,是用上得力居多,则假固假,空亦假,中亦假。中道时亦作空想,然不名为空,而名为中矣。亦作假观,然不名为假,而名为中矣。至于中,则不必言矣。吾虽有时单言离,有时兼说坎,究竟不曾移动一句。开口提云:枢机全在二目。所谓枢机者,用也。用此斡旋造化,非言造化止此也。六根七窍,悉是光明藏,岂取二目而他概不问乎?用坎阳,仍用离光照摄,即此便明。朱子(云阳,讳元育,北宗派)尝云:“瞎子不好修道,聋子不妨。”与吾言何异?特表其主辅轻重耳。
          日月原是一物。日中含真阴,是真月之精。月窟不在月而在日,所谓月之窟也。不然只言月足矣。月中翕真阳,是真日之光。日光反在月中,所谓天之根也。不然,只言天足矣。一日一月,分开止是半个,合来方成一个全体。如一夫一妇,独居不成室家。有夫有妇,方算得一家完全。然而物难喻道,夫妇分开,不失为两人。日月分开,不成全体矣。知此则耳目犹是也。吾谓瞎子已无耳,聋子已无目,如此看来,说甚一物,说甚两物,说甚六恨,六根一根也。说甚七窍,七窍一窍也。吾言只透露其相通处,所以不见有两。子辈专执其隔处,所以随处换却眼睛。
          第九章·百日筑基
          《心印经》云:“回风混合,百日功灵。”总之立基百日,方有真光。如子辈尚是目光,非神火也,非性光也,非慧智炬烛也。回之百日,则精气自足,真阳自生,水中自有真火。以此持行,自然交媾,自然结胎,吾方在不识不知之天,而婴儿已成矣。若略作意,便是外道。
          百日立基,非百日也。一日立基,非一日也。一息立基,非呼吸之谓也。息者,自心也,自心为息。元神也,元气也,元精也。升降离合,悉从心起。有无虚实,咸在念中。一息一生持,何止百日?然百日亦一息也。
          百日只在得力,昼间得力,夜中受用;夜中得力,昼间受用。
          百日立基,玉旨耳。上真言语,无不与人身应。真师言语,无不与学人应。此是玄中玄,不可解者也。见性乃知,所以学人必求真师授记,任性发出,一一皆验。
          第十章·性光识光
          回光之法,原通行住坐卧,只要自得机窍。吾前开示云,“虚室生白”,光非白耶?但有一说,初未见光时,此为效验。若见为光,而有意着之,即落意识,非性光也。子不管他有光无光,只要无念生念。何谓无念?千休千处得;何谓生念?一念一生持。此念乃正念,与平日念不同。今心为念,念者,现在心也,此心即光即药。凡人视物,任眼一照去,不及分别,此为性光。如镜之无心而照也,如水之无心而鉴也。少顷,即为“识光”,以其分别也。镜有影,已无镜矣;水有象,已非水矣。光有识,尚何光哉?
          子辈初则性光,转念则识,识起而光杳不可觅。非无光也,光已为识矣。黄帝曰:“声动不生声而生响”,即此义也。《楞严推勘入门》曰:“不在尘,不在识,惟还根”,此则何意?尘是外物,所谓器界也,与吾了不相涉。逐物则认物为己。物必有还,通还户牖,明还日月。将他为自,终非吾有。至于不汝还者,非汝而谁?明还日月,见日月之明无还也。天有无日月之时,人无有无见日月之性。若然,则分别日月者,还可与为吾有耶?不知因明暗而分别者,当明暗两忘之时,分别何在?故亦有还,此为内尘也。
          惟见性无还,见性之时,见非是见,则见性亦还矣。还者,还其识念流转之性,即阿难使汝流转心目为咎也。初言八还,上七者,皆明其一一有还。姑留见性,以为阿难拄杖。究竟见性既带八识(眼识、耳识、鼻识、舌识、身识、意识、传送识、阿赖耶识),非真不还也。最后并此一破,方为真见性,真不还矣。
          子辈回光,正回其最初不还之光,故一毫识念用不着。使汝流转者,惟此六根。使汝成菩提者,亦惟此六根。而尘与识皆不用。非用根也,用其根中之性耳。今不堕识回光,则用根中之元性。落识而回光,则用根中之识性。毫厘之辨,乃在此也。
          用心即为识光,放下乃为性光。毫厘千里,不可不辨。识不断,则神不生;心不空,则丹不结。
          心静则丹,心空即药。不着一物,是名心静。不留一物,是名心空。空见为空,空犹未空。空忘其空,斯为真空。
          第十一章·坎离交媾
          凡漏泄精神,动而交物者,皆离也。凡收转神识,静而中涵者,皆坎也。七窍之外走者为离,七窍之内返者为坎。一阴主于逐色随声,一阳主于返闻收见。坎离即阴阳,阴阳即性命,性命即身心,身心即神气。一自敛息,精神不为境缘流转,即是真交。而沉默趺坐时,又无论矣。
          第十二章·周天
          周天非以气作主,以心到为妙诀。若毕竟如何周天,是助长也。无心而守,无意而行。仰观乎天,三百六十五度,刻刻变迁,而斗枢终古不移。吾心亦犹是也。心即斗枢,气即群星。吾身之气,四肢百骸,原是贯通。不要十分着力,于此锻炼识神,断除妄见,然后药生。药非有形之物,此性光也。而即先天之真气,然必于大定后方见,并无采法,言采者大谬矣。见之既久,心地光明。自然心空漏尽,解脱尘海。若今日龙虎,明日水火,终成妄想。吾昔受火龙真人口诀如是,不知丹书所说,更何如也。
          一日有一周天,一刻有一周天。坎离交处,便是一周。我之交,即天之回旋也。未能当下休歇,所以有交之时,即有不交之时。然天之回旋,未尝少息。果能阴阳交泰,大地阳和,我之中宫正位,万物一时畅遂,即丹经沐浴法也,非大周天而何?此中火候,实实有大小不同,究竟无大小可别。到得功夫自然,不知坎离为何物,天地为何等,孰为交,孰为一周、两周,何处觅大小之分别耶?
          总之,一身旋运难真。不真,见得极大亦小;真则一回旋,天地万物,悉与之回旋,即在方寸处,极小亦为极大。故金丹火候,全要行归自然。不自然,天地自还天地,万物各归万物。若欲强之使合,终不能合。即如天时亢旱,阴阳不和。乾坤未尝一日不周,然终见得有多少不自然处。我能转运阴阳,调摄自然,一时云蒸雨降,草木酣适,山河流畅,纵有乖戾,亦觉顿释,此即大周天也。
          问活子时甚妙,必认定正子时,似着相?不着相,不指明正子时,何从而识活子时?既识得活子时,确然又有正子时。是一是二,非正非活,总要人看得真。一真则无不正,无不活矣。见不得真,何者为活,何者为正耶?即如活子时,是时时见得的。毕竟到正子时,志气清明,活子时愈觉发现。若未识得活的,且向正的时候验取,则正者现前,活者无不神妙矣。
          第十三章·劝世歌
          吾因度世丹衷热,不惜婆心并饶舌。
          世尊亦为大因缘,直指生死真可惜。
          老君也患有吾身,传示谷神人不识。
          吾今略说寻真路,黄中通理载大易。
          正位居体是玄关,子午中间堪定息。
          光回祖窍万神安,药产川源一气出。
          透幕变化有金光,一轮红日常赫赫。
          世人错认坎离精,搬运心肾成间隔。
          如何人道合天心,天若符兮道自合。
          放下万缘毫不起,此是先天真无极。
          太虚穆穆朕兆捐,性命关头忘意识。
          意识忘后见本真,水清珠现玄难测。
          无始烦障一旦空,玉清降下九龙册。
          步霄汉兮登天阙,掌风霆兮驱霹雳。
          凝神定息是初机,退藏密地为常寂。
          吾昔度张珍奴二词,会有宗旨。子后午前非时也,坎离耳。定息者,息息归根,中黄也。坐者,心不动也。夹脊者,非背上轮子,乃直透玉清大路也。双关者,此处有难言意。忘神守,而贵虚寂与无。所守,守此义也。液于是化,血于是成,而后天于是返先天。气于是返神,神于是还虚,虚于是合道,道于是圆志,志于是满愿。诀不胜述,此处是也。至于“地雷震动山头雨”者,真气生也。黄芽出土者,真药生也。小小二段,已尽修行大路,明此可不惑于人言。
          昔夫子与颜子登泰山顶,望吴门白马,颜子见为匹练,太用眼力,神光走落,故致早死,回光可不勉哉!
          回光在纯心行走,只待真息凝照于中宫,久之自然通灵达变也。总是心静气定为基,心忘气凝为效,气息心空为丹成,心气浑一为温养,明心见性为了道。子辈各宜勉力行去,错过光阴可惜也。一日不行,一日即鬼也。一息行此,一息真仙也。参赞化育,其基于此,七子勉之!

          1. 蔡总要求明天下午能够进行办公楼地下室报隐蔽,那么在那之前,一是要办好人防备案,二是钢筋检测相关报告要有。
           
          自主智能体
          要描述我这个带有头脑的躯体,我觉得“自主智能体"比较合适。除了不知道是由谁制造的之外,这个自主智能体与人工智能特别的相像。
          这是“我"的自主智能体,意思是“我的“就不是“我”。你可以罗列所有你想得到的属于你的东西,其中包括你的身体,你的思想,你的头脑,你的能量,你的意志等,想想看,其中有哪一些,你可以说那是你?或者说,所有这些合起来,那就是你吗?
          所以,虽然我不知道这个“我",到底是谁,在哪里,但至少“我"要时刻提醒自己,这个自主智能体目前看是属于“我"的(或许以后有可能体验到那甚至也不是我的),但并不是“我“。
          在这个世界上,我的自主智能体,以我的名义生活着,咋还没有体验到真正的我之前所有的一切都是,咋还没有体验到真正的我之前所有的一切都是自主智能体的一种思考,说出来的文字。
          虽有必要设定两个角色,一个是我,一个是自主智能体,给个名字叫顺,通过我一瞬的对话,通过我一瞬的对话,看能不能深入探究寻找真相。顺就有这个能力,能够制造出两个角色
